Woman Behind the Curtain: Tore Maras or Marie Helen Maras

What do we know of Terpsehore "Tore" Maras our independent candidate for Ohio Secretary of State?
A podcaster and self-proclaimed government "whistleblower" who claims to hold degrees in molecular and cellular physiology from an unknown university.
Tore claims she is a trained crypto linguist and is formally trained in the disciplines of computational linguistics, game theory, algorithmic machine learning and predictive analytics.
Again, Maras does not substantiate where or when she received this training. Terpsehore Maras background has come into question quite often. In 2017 she ran for Mayor in Minot, North Dakota. A petition to prohibit her from running started due to online attacks by Maras calling citizens pedophiles and lying regarding her credentials, which included "Stolen Valor" by claiming she was a Purple Heart recipient. In 2018 Maras started to raise funds to support 3 homeless shelters in Minot, North Dakota.
She was found to be guilty of violating consumer protection laws in September 2020 for using funds inappropriately and soliciting donations while misrepresenting her education and experience. Then in December of 2020 the Washington Post determined that Sydney Powell was using Maras testimony from a blog post matching the 37-page affidavit which helped discredit Powell’s case.
Evidence suggests Terpsehore Maras does not have the education and background she has claimed, but her sister Marie Helen Maras professional background is eerily similar to Tersephore's claims.
Marie Helen Maras served in the Navy for approximately 7 years, she was a Navy Law Enforcement Specialist and Command Investigator participating in international investigations. Currently a professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. Marie Maras is an expert in cybercrime, digital forensics, investigations, surveillance, cybersecurity, transnational security, transnational crime, emerging technology, cyberlaw, and cyberliberties. She wrote many books and articles on these subjects.
Why has Terpsehore Maras not been transparent about her sister's extensive background in the military and academia? This merits further research.
